Shipping Charges* & Duration
Most of our orders will be shipped out to your door in under a week. In rare occasions, some items may require additional shipping charges which will be reviewed after your order is placed. In the event of additional charges, we will reach out to you by email with instructions how to complete your order. In the event that these charges are not accepted by the customer, a full refund will be issued. Shipping on out of stock items will be completely dependent on the supplier, email us for details at 829Tuning.email@example.com. Due to fluctuating volumes of orders, shipping times may vary. Please allow up to 3 days for processing.
When you place your order you will receive an email with all tracking information. When you receive your package, the carrier will scan the package to update it as being delivered. Allow about 24 hours for completion. Some items will be shipped separately and will not have tracking information available (829 Tuning branded apparel, decals, and more). These items are shipped from a different location. If you don't receive tracking information, email us at 829Tuning.firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Products marked delivered but not received
Please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible if your product is marked delivered but not received. We will not be held responsible for items in these circumstances, the shipping company will look into the matter further. Please see "Lost Packages" below.
If your order was sent back to us
Orders with an undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back after shipping it out, we will contact you for an address update. Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.
For all returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping to return all new, unused products, papers, stickers, and all contents of the original shipment. The customer will also be responsible for any free shipping that was waived during the initial purchase, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If there is an issue with your new and unused product(s) it can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
In the event of an exchange, we must be notified in writing (email us at 829Tuning.email@example.com) within 30 days of delivery. The exchange cannot be of lesser value, but equal or greater value with any balance due immediately. We cannot exchange any product(s) that would require a refund due to the giveaway entries and free merchandise. The product(s) cannot be used or worn, it must include everything it was shipped with and must be exchanged with its original packaging in good condition. The customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping and handling costs and fees of both the products going to and from 829 Tuning. Items originally shipped with free shipping will then be subject to shipping charges that were originally waived, as "free shipping", as well as any additional shipping charges on exchanged items. These charges and fees are non-refundable. If new / unused products are received with damage, we will notify you and you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for poor packaging or damage caused by the customer and/or shipping company. There are no exchanges on tools, clothing, items worn on the body, electrical items, sensors, installed parts, clearance, or special order parts. All exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee on top of any previous terms and charges.
During an exchange the customer has two options within 30 days of delivery:
1. The customer ships the product(s) back to 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) or the return address of our supplier on the package, for a visual inspection. Upon exchange approval, the product(s) chosen for the exchange will be shipped out shortly after.
2. The customer pays 100% for new item(s) and then the customer ships back the item(s) in exchange to 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) or our supplier. Once the product(s) are received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the full product(s) cost, minus any applicable additional shipping charges to get items back to our suppliers. Additional shipping charges for the replacement items will not be waived at this time and will be deducted from the refund provided.
*In this event, these items will not be eligible for free shipping.*
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING ITEMS
The customer must thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery. Damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) within 7 days of the date of delivery by email, at 829Tuning.firstname.lastname@example.org. Any damaged, defective, or missing items reported outside of the 7 day period will not be eligible for warranty, replacement, or fulfillment claims through 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ). The customer must keep all packing material with the box as it is essential for filing a claim with the shipping company and/or 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ).
Any damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier within the carriers' terms of reporting a claim in this regard. Please contact the appropriate shipping company that handled the item(s) as soon as possible to remain eligible for any such claims.
During a replacement or fulfillment of items damaged, defective, or missing the customer must do the following:
If items are damaged or defective, please take a picture and/or video of the items received and include this in an email claim to 829Tuning.email@example.com. For missing items, please list the missing items in an email to us at 829Tuning.firstname.lastname@example.org. For defective items, these items will be handled as "Exchanges." Under certain circumstances 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) will grant approval on exchanging defective parts not covered in the "Exchanges" terms. If there is an error in our listing where a part does not fit your vehicle, please email us at 829Tuning.firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description and any links that you can provide to speed up the correction process. We will look into the issue and make any correction that is needed. If we find an issue or a mistake on behalf of 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ), we will provide a full refund to the payment method provided by the customer during checkout, once the item(s) are returned and visually inspected. To cover your out of pocket shipping charges, a photo of the receipt with the appropriate tracking number must be provided to 829Tuning.email@example.com. All products must be new, unused, in original boxes or packaging, with all components. Customers are responsible for verifying product description and fitment for their vehicle prior to ordering. Please refer to product SKU below product titles. Judgement must be used in verifying product fitment through SKUs. For example, at web address - https://www.829tuning.com/products/ford-racing-2015-2017-mustang-gt350-brake-upgrade-kit , Ford Racing 2015-2017 Mustang GT350 Brake Upgrade Kit. Below this title you will find our SKU which reads - FRM-2300-AA. Our SKU at 829Tuning.com added "FR" for Ford Racing, to the MPN - M-2300-AA. This sometimes can be difficult to decipher, so if you have any fitment questions, call us at (877) 829-TUNE and we will verify fitment over the phone. Products listed correctly but ordered in error can be exchanged, see "Exchanges."
If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date at 829Tuning.firstname.lastname@example.org. We must be notified so we can contact our suppliers and verify that the product(s) was/were shipped, as well as have a record of any such event. At this time, the customer must initiate a lost package claim with the shipping carrier. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. Replacement products can be purchased before the missing package claim is completed, at current pricing on 829Tuning.com. The same as placing a new order. Refunds for lost packages will not be provided by 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) as this is a matter between the shipping company and the customer, unless otherwise found. Shipping Charges are non-refundable as well. 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier whatsoever.
In the event that a warranty claim is to be filed, email is at 829Tuning.email@example.com with pictures and/or videos to back said claim(s). All auto parts have a standard warranty of 1 year from the delivery date unless otherwise stated on the manufacturers website. Other items do not come with a warranty unless otherwise stated on the manufacturers website. For products that need registration with the supplier to uphold a warranty, the warranty process is solely between the customer and the manufacturer, within the terms that the manufacturer states. In this event, 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) is not responsible for any warranty duties.
829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) will only warranty manufacturer related defects that are not related to improper use on the vehicle, installer errors, modification, or improper handling. All warranty claims will be at the discretion of 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ). All warranty claims will be subject to shipping charges.
During a warranty claim that is between 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) and a customer, the customer has two options within 30 days of delivery:
1. The customer ships the product(s) back to 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) or our supplier for a visual inspection. Any/all item(s) must be sent back with all contents, in the original packaging, or the items will not be eligible for warranty. Upon warranty approval, the product will be either replaced or repaired and shipped to the customer.
2. Customer pays 100% for new replacement parts to be shipped, and customer then ships back the warranty product(s) to 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) or our supplier. Once the product(s) are received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the full product(s) cost, minus shipping charges.
All parts manufacturers will require a proper repair shop diagnosis / paperwork describing the defect / problem in order to be eligible for a warranty review. Original packaging, including labeling, paperwork, hardware, etc. must be returned with all products. Failure to do so will deny any warranty claim. A warranty is not transferable and will only apply to the original purchaser of the product(s). 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) will only repair or replace warranty items at our discretion, refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.
Any product returned for a warranty inspection is subject to testing and in certain cases may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) does not guarantee that any product(s) will be warrantied until this process is complete. If a warranty claim is denied, the product(s) can be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) is not responsible for any damages or harm that may occur by using products we sell. We can not and will not be held liable, and will not pay incidental, consequential, and/or contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) including product coverage or labor charges. 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) will only warranty a defective product that was purchased from 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ).
In any event of exchange or warranty, 829 Tuning ( 829 Auto LLC ) will only ship products to the address that the original order was shipped to. Shipping charges are non refundable in any circumstance.
