If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of 829 Tuning (829 Auto LLC). If replacement part(s) are needed "before" this wait time for claim approval all re-ship parts must be paid for up front. Once the claim is approved we will refund the full amount back to your original payment method for the re-ship. 829 Tuning (829 Auto LLC) does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. 829 Tuning (829 Auto LLC) will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances unless proper insurance was requested for your order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
